Apples (favorite kind)
This recipe is really simple. Just shred on the big holes of a box shredder, one carrot (peel first) and one apple. You do not have to peel the apple. Add one teaspoon sugar and more to taste. Mix all together. If you’d like, you can omit the sugar, as the apple has a natural sweetness. Someone suggested adding a pinch of cinnamon. This works too. If you do not have a shredder, you can also chop the ingredients into really small pieces. A really healthy and wholesome snack, side dish, and dessert!
